The FX3739 is a low-band(LB), mid-band(MB), mid high-band(MHB) and highband(HB) LNA bank to be used in a cellular mobile device.

The FX3739 is packaged in a small size 2.9 x 2.9 x 0.75 mm (max), 49-lead surfacemount package. No external DC blocking capacitors are required on the RF paths as long as no DC voltage is applied. No external DC blocking capacitors are required on the RF paths as long as no DC voltage is applied. FX3739 integrates internal impedance matching to 50 Ohm. No need external matching network unless the filter impedance is not 50 Ohm. The part can operate over the temperature range of -30 °C to +85°C.

Broadband frequency range: Low band(LB)(600 to 960MHz); Middle Band(MB)(1800 to 2200MHz); Middle High Band(MHB)(1800 to 2700MHz); High Band(HB)(2300 to 2700MHz).
